Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Coffee products (due to freshness and food safety regulations).
Gift cards.
Limited-edition or clearance sale items.
Customized or personalized items.
Subscription Orders
Once a subscription order has been confirmed, it cannot be refunded or canceled. However, changes to your subscription can be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal to take effect. For any adjustments or inquiries, contact us at info@spectracoffee.ca.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, in which case Spectra Coffee will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Timeframe
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
International Orders
We do not accept international returns or exchanges. This policy applies only to orders shipped within Canada.
