Gear & Merchandise
We accept returns for regular-priced gear and merchandise within 15 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt.
We cannot accept returns for gear and merchandise that has been used, damaged, or is missing original packaging. Returns must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense. Spectra Coffee is not responsible for uninsured shipments that may get lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email about the status of your return. If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. In such cases, Spectra Coffee will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Coffee products (due to freshness and food safety regulations).
Gift cards.
Limited-edition or clearance sale items.
Customized or personalized items.
Subscription Orders
Once a subscription order has been confirmed, it cannot be refunded or canceled. However, changes to your subscription can be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal to take effect. For any adjustments or inquiries, contact us at [email protected].
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, in which case Spectra Coffee will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Timeframe
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
International Orders
We do not accept international returns or exchanges. This policy applies only to orders shipped within Canada.
